Project: Hoxworth – Heart Clinic

This project for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC) renovated existing bio-lab space into Heart Clinic and Physical Therapy spaces. Work included a total demolition of all utilities back to base building services and the installation of new HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Lighting, Power, Building Automation, Technology and Specialty Systems for approximately 11,500 square feet of space. This project also included connecting into existing utilities and verifying existing HVAC capacities. The new HVAC design was designed to meet the current ASHRAE guidelines for Hospitals and Clinics.
