M-Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and construction administration services for the Commissary Kitchen Project which converted an existing, cold food storage facility into the commercial kitchen for the University. This Project also involved renovating office space, adding walk-in coolers, and replacing kitchen equipment within the Ohio Union.

This 20,000 square foot food service facility includes refrigerated storage, full cooking and baking kitchens, and food preparation and packaging operations.
