Completed: Original opening 1999. Expansions & new tenants ongoing.
Easton Town Center, in Columbus, Ohio, was one of the first outdoor Lifestyle Centers in the country. It was, also, one of the first outdoor shopping centers to incorporate indoor parking, town squares, various fountains, and varying types of tenants including Retail, Restaurant, Residential, Office and Hotel spaces. M-Engineering provided MEP design and construction administration for multiple buildings and numerous tenant fit-outs at the Easton Town Center including the following:
*Phase I (the South District): opened in 1999. Buildings F, H, I, J, K, L, M & N consisted of 300,000 square feet amongst eight shell buildings for retail spaces, restaurants and offices.
*M-Engineering has completed the following tenant fit-outs among the various phases and buildings at the center:
