Completed: Phase I completed in 2006
The Greene, outside Dayton, Ohio, embodies the “live, work, play” model that has become popular for Retail centers across the Nation. M-Engineering provided the engineering design for Phase I of this Mixed Use, Lifestyle Center, which included 800,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, a comedy club, 100,000 square feet of second-floor office space and 136 residential units amongst 9 buildings.
