Watters Creek, Texas’ first LEED Certified Mixed Use Development, connects Retail, Restaurants, Residences, Offices and Public Village Green type areas with a creek that runs throughout. Many of the restaurants and residential units have water views. M-Engineering provided the engineering design for two of the buildings (F&P), which are comprised of 440,000 square feet of ground level shopping & dining, with 4 stories of residential above. 

Special design features included: careful assessment of utilities to the buildings, utility sub-metering for multi residential and tenant use, sprinkler and standpipe systems supplied by fire pump, independent HVAC for multi-tenant use and special provisions for holiday lighting.
