M-Engineering served as the Criteria Design Engineer for the Ohio State University North Residential District Transformation Project. The project consisted of adding 3,200 beds of new student housing, and also adding recreation and dining facilities to the North Campus.

M-Engineering’s role included facilitating the development of the schematic design of the entire project from a developing architectural master plan.

M-Engineering helped to govern and shape the University’s intent with the MEP design, aided the architect with guiding the process through the State of Ohio “Design Build” process, and provided detailed space planning analysis for the finalization of the Master Plan.
