Client: Ohio Department of Administrative Services
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Completed: Ongoing

The existing office space at the North High Street Complex is currently occupied by various Ohio Departments, including the Ohio Department of Health, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Ex-Prisoners of War and the Vietnam Veterans of America. As part of this multi-year phased renovation project, the entire building complex (two 11-story, 732,000 S.F. buildings), will be renovated. Portions of the High Street Complex were constructed in the early 1900s, with the most recent construction being completed in the 1960s. The lobby, entry, and other architecturally significant portions of the building will be renovated, with modern, open offices created on the occupied floors. A four-story parking garage, located below the 35 Chestnut building, will be repaired and upgraded.
